The Guardian team is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Drake was great to work with every step of the way. And Eddie led the project and answered all of my questions as they went. I'm confident in the work they did - buried downspouts and installed a new sump pump. They left the yard looking way better than I had expected and even put down grass seed in areas that needed it. They dug everything by hand, which made a big difference in the way it turned out. We will definitely call on this team again for future needs!

They were nice enough to put some of the displaced soil from my French drain project on my garden spot as I requested! I thought I would have to put down grass seed myself, but it was already done!

The Guardian team did an EXCELLENT job. Fast courteous and priced right. Thier quality is also very good. They did my downspouts and some landscaping to assure my water problem would be fixed. They didn't try to upsell me and explained all my options to me.

Drake was very thorough with his inspection, provided photos with what he found and solutions to fix them. That is why they got my business. I plan to have them come back to take care of my attic.

This company did a great service for my crawl space foundation, installed jacks, steel beams, a Dehumidifier, a barrier, and put in down spout extentions. Everything my floors needed.. They did everything they said they would. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of fellas. I will recommend them to anyone. I had several companies out for estimates... They were reasonably priced, excellent work, double and triple checking everything, very informative along the way thru to completion. I'm a happy customer. The company owner, Drake, came and assessed the project we requested, and then offered a comprehensive solution. At first, this was much more than we were prepared to address, so Drake patiently provided us research websites we could check out at our leisure. He followed up with us after some time, and we discussed getting just key essentials done. The price was upfront and fair, and the work was accomplished promptly. The work crew worked hard and did an excellent job, and every request we had was honored. I will definitely use this company again for other projects, as they perform several types of home services beyond foundations and insulation. Let me add that we found the work crew trustworthy across the several days of our project, and we had no reservations about leaving the home while they worked on it, even for several hours. Along with great quality work and fair pricing, from beginning to the end of your project, Drake will communicate with you every step of the way. I hired Drake to install a water drainage system to divert water from my driveway and prevent flooding in my garage. He also repaired the cracks in my driveway to prevent further deterioration of the driveway. Finally, Drake built a retaining wall at the side of my house to prevent deterioration of our gravel access to our backyard. I highly recommend Guardian Foundation Repair.

Wonderful experience

Guardian foundation repair did an excellent job doing a detailed inspection of my crawlspace and were great people to work with. Very respectful and considerate.

This is a new company and we just happened to get another quote from a competitor that verified Drake has had all the training plus experience at foundation repair. Pretty funny, but was a plus!
He also, seemingly cheerfully, made changes for me in the middle of the job!
Even with that they stayed way past dark to finish in one day. That's customer service! I would definitely use them again if needed.

Drake and Eddie came out for two days straight in the winter cold to put in a French drain in the crawl space, dehumidifier, and sump pump. Extra insulation as well.
Right on time. Best prices in the area for the same quality work that you'd get from other foundation companies.
Plan to have him come back in the Spring to help with another drainage issue.
